Refund policy

At Cloud Collection, we want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at cloud@cloudcollection.store with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
